Refund Policy

At Everlast, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
However, we also have specific guidelines to maintain fairness and efficiency in our refund process.
All payments received herein shall be fully earned by Everlast and are non-refundable with the exception of the following reasons below. Everlast reserves the right to make the final decision.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Criteria: Incorrect product received or incorrect in quantity received.

Return Period: Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase by sending us an email to everlas@everlas.com

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for a refund.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all refund requests.

 

2. Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at everlas@everlas.com or 03-8961 5223 with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Inspection process may take up to 1 month. If the item is approved, your refund will be processed.

 

3. Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
